1.6 Bio-Terrorism

Bio-terrorism is defined as the intentional release, use, or dissemination of biological agents—including bacteria, viruses, insects, fungi, or their toxins—either in a naturally occurring or human-modified form, with the aim of causing harm, fear, disruption, or death. This also encompasses the use of biological science in illegal experimentation on humans.

This includes, but is not limited to: • Unauthorized genetic manipulation or cloning of humans • Attempts to revive deceased individuals through biological or chemical means • Injecting individuals with substances to control, harm, or alter behaviour (including inducing zombification-like states) • The development or testing of bio-weapons through non-consensual human trials

These acts constitute a direct threat to public safety, human rights, and national security.
