13.3. SA Federal Stalking and Harassment Act

Defined as the intentional and repeated following or harassment of an individual that causes the victim emotional distress or fear for their safety, is prohibited under federal law.

Penalty: Up to 10 years imprisonment, and potential restraining orders, with civil suits for emotional damages.
