10.1. SA Federal Police Misconduct Act

Any law enforcement officer found guilty of misconduct, including excessive use of force, falsifying reports, or corruption, will be prosecuted under SA Federal law.

Penalty: Up to 15 years imprisonment, fines, and permanent revocation of law enforcement certification
