15.7. SA Federal Ghost Gun and Untraceable Weapon Act

The creation, possession, or use of unregistered, serial-less firearms ("ghost guns") or 3D-printed weapons is a criminal offense.

Penalty: Up to 15 years imprisonment, $1.5 million fine, and mandatory destruction of all devices and files used in production.
