15.4. SA Federal Arms Trafficking and Smuggling Act
Importing, exporting, selling, or transporting firearms across state or international borders without federal authorization constitutes arms trafficking.
Penalty: Up to 8 years imprisonment, $15 million fine, and forfeiture of vehicles, containers, and funds used in the operation.
