15.3. SA Federal Possession of Military-Grade Weapons Act

Possession of weapons designed for military use — such as rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs), light machine guns, or explosive ordnance — is a federal offense unless under military or FIB operational authority.

Penalty: Up to 10 years imprisonment, $15 million fine, and mandatory life sentence if used in a violent act.
