14.2. Assault or Attempted Murder of a Government Agent

The act of assaulting, attempting to murder, or causing grievous bodily harm to a government agent, such as an FIB operative, during or due to the performance of their official duties. This includes premeditated attacks, targeted retaliation, or actions taken to obstruct or intimidate government investigations.
