15.2. SA Federal Illegal Firearm Manufacturing and Distribution Act

It is illegal to manufacture, modify, or distribute firearms without federal licensing, including the production of handguns and automatic weapons, suppressors, modifications.

Penalty: Up to 7 years imprisonment, $3 million fine, and asset seizure of all illegal inventory and related equipment.
