15.6. SA Federal Misuse of Government-Issued Weapons Act

Government personnel (including police, FIB, military) who unlawfully discharge, sell, loan, or fail to secure issued firearms will face federal penalties.

Penalty: Up to 2 years imprisonment, termination from service, and lifetime disqualification from public office or service.
